As a consultant, I help you and your team think about where you want to go and how to get there. I ask good questions. I reflect back what I hear, synthesize and reframe it, and work to set you up for success after our contract is over. My methods are tailored to each client and include non-profit business analysis, evaluation, desktop research, design thinking, improv, and graphic recording. I prefer plain language to jargon, but I can translate almost anything into an outcome, output, or theory of change. I will not write you a 200 page glossy report, unless you can convince me that’s the best way to motivate your audience. 

I am T-shaped and ocean-based, which means you can hire me for my ocean expertise, or for my facilitation and process design skills, or all of the above.  I'm particularly interested in interdisciplinary projects that cross programs and silos.  I love pulling together an A-team of collaborators, so if you have a big project let's talk.
